What we've come to believe
Women don't lose their visibility because they run out of ability. They lose it at the exact moment their experience becomes most valuable.
The room gets quieter. The invitations thin out. The introductions start with who you used to be. And nobody announces it. It just… happens.
So you did the sensible thing. You got better. Sharper. More useful than you have ever been — and you waited for that to be enough. Because surely the work speaks for itself.
The work doesn't speak. Rooms speak. And rooms only speak about the women they can currently see.
This is where the usual advice fails women like you. Post more. Be louder. Build a personal brand. Perform a confidence you never asked to perform.
That advice assumes there is one way to be visible — the loudest way. And when that way doesn't fit, you conclude something far worse than this isn't working. You conclude that visibility isn't for you.

It isn't a course. It isn't a networking group where the loudest person wins. It's a place to practise visibility.
Small enough to do. Specific enough to matter. Written to meet you through the lens of your archetype.
A digital gathering and real conversation — archetype-specific prompts, and women naming one another out loud.
Once a month, in writing, for the way you in particular become visible.

Once a year, we come to you
Every year, the movement gathers in person — and it gathers in the place that has carried it hardest.
The host region isn't chosen by us in a boardroom. It's decided by where the practice has been most alive: the Salons that filled, the women who put work forward, the ones who brought someone else in. Wherever that energy has gathered, that's where we come.
It isn't a conference. Nobody is there to sell you a programme from a stage. It's a day of being in the same room as the women you've only seen in a Salon window — the practice, out loud, at scale.
You don't earn your way in. You're already in. The Summit simply comes to say thank you.
Members nominate and vote. The area showing the most practice, hosting and recognition through the year hosts the gathering.
The year's work — the words, the perspectives, the women named by other women — is acknowledged in person rather than in a feed.
Seat, Patron or Founding, you're invited. Patrons and the Founding Circle simply have a hand in shaping the day and the agenda it sets.
Women holding a funded seat come as guests. Nobody is priced out of the room their own practice helped build.
Why members move up
Every seat is the whole practice. Patron and Founding Circle are not more content — they are what happens when a woman has done the work long enough to start holding the door for someone behind her.
In practice it follows the same three movements the archetypes describe. The Practitioner does the monthly Visibility Practice until being seen stops costing her something. The Witness lets herself be recognised — in a Salon, in a dispatch, in work put forward and acknowledged. The Architect starts shaping the room: hosting, speaking, bringing another woman in.
A Seat is where the practice lives. Patron is the point at which you can carry someone else — usually three or four months in. Founding Circle is for the women already shaping the agenda, and it stays limited for that reason.
So there is nothing to apply for and nothing to earn upfront. You take a seat, you do the practice, and when the next seat is obviously yours you move up from Your Circle in one click — same subscription, pro-rated, never two.

How members arrive here
Members usually move here after three or four months of the practice: they've completed their Visibility Practices, been seen in a Salon, and put their own work forward. Patron is what that looks like once you're steady enough to carry someone else.

This seat tends to find women who have already shaped the room — hosted or spoken at a Salon, had work recognised, brought another woman in. Founding Circle isn't a bigger version of the practice; it's a say in where the movement goes next.
